The reach chart shows how many people have seen any content about your Page, and where applicable, whether these people were reached through an organic, paid or viral channel.
Engaged Users
Engaged Users is the number of people who have clicked anywhere on your post.
Talking About This
People Talking About This is the number of unique users who have created a “story” about a page in a seven-day period.
Examples:
- like a page
- post on the page wall
- like a post
- comment on a post
- share a post
- answer a question
- RSVP to a page’s event
- mention the page in a post
- tag the page in a photo
- check in at a place
- share a check-in deal
- like a check-in deal
- write a recommendation
- claim an offer
Virality
Virality is the number of people who have created a story from your post as a percentage of the number of people who have seen it.
This could help a business judge how involved people are with the product. How many people are seeing your message, how many people are staying on the page and looking around, how many people are spreading your message and how many people are basically getting fanatic about it and really getting involved. I would imagine myself using this to judge where to best focus my efforts and advertising. Will my customers/supporters do the work for me? Or will I need to work harder internally to get my message out? Seems like good stuff to know.
